Less than you’d think. For vendors that can be bridged (Google especially), denial means cookieless signals, not silence — Google’s modelling recovers a large share of denied conversions. You only go fully dark for vendors that are hard-blocked because they have no consent-aware mode.

Yes. The script blocker reads the same data-cookieconsent="<category>" markup, so existing gated tags keep working. Swap the snippet and register your domains.

No. You can use the Google bridge with a GA4 (G-…) or Ads (AW-…) id directly. If you do use GTM, gate tags inside GTM via Consent Settings.
